The blessed Prophet used to pray: “O my Lord, grant me happiness in this world and happiness in the hereafter”
Happiness is not an illusion or a far-fetched dream. The famous poet Hafiz once said, "ever since you were created happiness has been looking for you" yet we are scared of embracing happiness when it comes knocking on our door. Happiness is an unimaginable concept for some and the only reason for living for others. Most people do not understand what is happiness yet they chase it.
In this seminar we will explore the definitions of happiness, barriers that prevent us from attaining happiness and steps we need to take to find happiness. We will, God willing, learn to be happier!
