To this end the City Circle will not disclose any information held on the database without prior consent from the member. City Circle disclosure of information policy

1. At no time will the City Circle database be accessed by other groups/ organisations.

2. Any information that members provide will not be given out to other City Circle members, or any non-City Circle member without the consent of the member concerned.

3. There will be limited reporting information available to all City Circle members. E.g. number of members in a particular profession, or number of members who went to x University. However at no time will these general member reports be able to be traced back to individual member details, other than by the Database Management team.

4. Requests on behalf of charities or organisations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and will be subject to the decision of the City Circle trustees.
